13 Sep 07 - Lancers Academy debut at Brass Explosion
Congratulations to all the members of the "Lancers Academy" that performed their hearts out at last weekend’s Brass Explosion event in Stafford.
The Lancers Academy is for children aged between 9 & 12 years, almost all of the children that performed at Brass Explosion were doing so for the very first time.
The Brass performed to Scooby Doo and the Colour Guard did their latest routine, whilst the Drums showed off their skills. All this in front of a full crowd that cheered them on including parents and members of the Stafford Lancers Main Corps, that had won their Class earlier in the day.
Everyone involved was extremely proud of them and we do hope that some of them go onto making their way into the main Corps.
